Over twenty years ago, I recognized the need for marketing in the newly developing elder care industry and formed my company, Focus on Aging. It became a standard in the elder industry in Chicago and remains so today. We live in an era where customer service is hard to find, and large and small businesses are struggling to keep up. In fact, today not all my clients come from the elder care industry or even from Chicago. They cover the gamut.
