We are proud to provide high quality and participant centered Occupational Therapy, Dietitian and Case Management services to adults with a wide range of disabilities and medical conditions.
We love working with participants in their own home to focus on how their environment could be altered to enhance participation, acheive goals and improve outcomes. We aim to work alongside the participant, with the participant driving the direction of the services.
We provide Occupational Therapy, Dietitian and Case Management services to adults with a wide range of disabilities and medical conditions through NDIS, iCare, CTP and workers compensation claims.
We are based in Gunnedah, NSW and cover a wide area throughout the North East and Northern Tablelands including Narrabri, Manilla, Tamworth, Quirindi, Gunnedah, Armidale and everywhere in between.
