We help healthcare workers achieve disability benefits in difficult situations such as addiction, when substantiating disability based on the risk of relapse upon return to work in their previous occupation poses a particular risk. Focused Solutions Advocate works on behalf of our clients to help substantiate medical disabilities. Our specialty is advocating on behalf of health care providers suffering from substance use disorder. FSA has worked with treatment centers such as Parkdale Center for Professionals in Indiana for several years, as well as individual clients and providers in several states. Our goal is to assist our clients in enhancing their recovery by allowing them to fully commit themselves to ongoing treatment and alleviating financial burden, which also enables them to return to work at a safe and reasonable pace. Although our clients may work in other capacities during their addiction recovery, according to their disability insurance policies, if they cannot work within their regular occupation, they are entitled to a portion of their previous salary.
