Focus on French Cinema is an internationally recognized film festival in the New York City area. FFC features the best Francophone Premieres from around the world, Q&As with VIP Guests, Directors and Actors and festivities. All movies are in French with English subtitles.
Join us at FFC 2018 for a week of Francophone Cinema! The 14th edition is from APRIL 27 to MAY 1 at Bow Tie Cinemas in Greenwich CT, Avon Theatre in Stamford CT, and FIAF in Manhattan.
Focus on French Cinema is officially supported by UNIFRANCE and under the patronage of the Ambassador of France in the United States, the Consul General of France in NY, the Consul General of Belgium and the Ambassador of the Francophonie to the United Nations. Concorde with the Montreal Festival Cinemania.
The Festival is last year gathered over 7,000 spectators in New York and Connecticut!
Founded by Catherine Lamairesse and currently co-chaired by Renee Ketcham and Gail Covney.
Organized with the Alliance Francaise of Greenwich, CT and the Presenting Sponsor BNP Paribas.
