The newest student resident of the accommodation “Folé”, part of the Bolv Group opens its doors to all the students who want to study in Tiranë. Inspired by the experience of world students, this center offers a decent, comfortable and safe accommodation with services and facilities of high standards. Our goal and motivation are to provide support to students in their academic degree, personal growth, and community integration, and to create a formative experience that helps to create interdependence, to create positive and meaningful relationships. In addition to accommodation of high standards which include single rooms, doubles, 1 + 1 apartments, studio apartments, and 2 + 1 apartments, all equipped with complete kitchens and toilets in each room, the residence offers several other services, such as bar-restaurant (complete packages food + accommodation + other services), reception 24/7 open, security, parking, gym & indoor pool & SPA, transport to the center of Tirana, use of the library environment at any time of day, a private courtyard inside the accommodation where students can use it for relaxation, study, and can organize parties. The Folé Residence has created a vibrant and attractive environment for young people, and an inclusive environment to live and study giving them a sense of belonging.
