We strive to give renters more than just a roof over their heads. We are here for all renters, for as long they need us.
We have a number of rental properties across London to suit different budgets. Our renters are diverse, from all backgrounds and all corners of the globe. We provide the reassurance, security and stability of renting with an organisation rather than an individual.
We are driven by people, not profit. We answer to our customers. Our profits are invested back into creating affordable homes for Londoners through Notting Hill Genesis.

We are Folio London.
Although Folio London is a private entity, we are owned by Notting Hill Housing, a not-for-profit organisation which has been providing good quality homes to Londoners for 50 years.
All of our profits are reinvested to support initiatives such as our women’s refuges, homelessness projects and building more homes in London.
Folio London operates differently from regular estate agents. We own every home we rent, so you deal directly with us. That means no hidden costs and a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist with your enquiries. Our business is primed to put our tenants first, and our core values define the way we work with both customers and stakeholders.
