Our mission is to inspire, support and champion renters in London. We provide high quality homes for rent across London and beyond, exceptional customer service and ongoing support. We are driven by people, not profit. We answer to our customers. Our profits are invested back into creating affordable homes for Londoners through Notting Hill Genesis. We are here, for renters. We are Folio London. Although Folio London is a private entity, we are owned by Notting Hill Housing, a not-for-profit organisation which has been providing good quality homes to Londoners for 50 years. All of our profits are reinvested to support initiatives such as our women’s refuges, homelessness projects and building more homes in London. Folio London operates differently from regular estate agents. We own every home we rent, so you deal directly with us. That means no hidden costs and a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist with your enquiries. Our business is primed to put our tenants first, and our core values define the way we work with both customers and stakeholders.
