Followay is an HR startup - supported by the Jean Moulin incubator and winner of the French Tech award - whose ambition is to shake-up business coaching with a new e-coaching offer.
Our aim is to give HR, training managers and managers an innovative coaching solution - easy to deploy and manage - with a more fluid and efficient coaching process that saves time and comfort for all stakeholders, thanks to:

Used preventively, e-coaching helps to restore any ill-treated balance and prevents psychosocial risks. It also helps to take steps to develop.
