The company was formed by experienced professionals who have attained great heights in the fields of Information Technology, Energy Facilities/Systems, Transportation and Infrastructure, to operate a Joint Venture between Foltï Technologies LLC (“Foltï LLC”), a United States-based technology developer and implementer, and Energy Culture Limited, an African based developer of Energy and Infrastructure projects. The overall objective of the company is to create and nurture an ecosystem where energy, mobility and technology interplay for the benefit of reasonably managing the convergence between sustainability and technology as the World becomes a cleaner and more resilient habitat.
