Fondachi is a venture company reimagining how we design, build, and live. We create and support purpose-driven businesses at the intersection of architecture, sustainable construction, and hospitality. Based in Miami, Fondachi serves as the parent company and incubator for emerging ventures shaping the built environment. Current projects include Studio Biscayne (residential design services) and upcoming initiatives in green building and development. Our focus spans three core areas: - Design – Architecture, interiors, and spatial services (e.g. Studio Biscayne) - Sustainable Construction – Lean general contracting and green building systems (coming soon) - Hospitality & Development – Long-term projects blending experience, sustainability, and placemaking We’re a founder-led venture platform with a mission to build thoughtful, design-forward, and sustainable companies.
