Créée en 2009, la Fondation GDG a pour principal objectif de générer des fonds pour des organismes de bienfaisance et de participer à des projets environnementaux porteurs.
La Fondation GDG a, entre autres, mis sur pied le projet de conférences philanthropiques des Petits Explorateurs, le programme d’aide financière Mission Jardins urbains, ainsi que le projet Coup de balai, qui a pour objectif de nettoyer un secteur situé au Québec ayant été pollué par des déchets humains.
