La Fondation MNH est née d’une volonté : fédérer, éclairer et faciliter le travail de celles et ceux qui mènent des projets plaçant l’humain au cœur du parcours de soin.
Depuis janvier 2019 elle agit pour Prendre soin de l’humain dans la santé.
La Fondation MNH souhaite favoriser une santé mieux vécue par tous, que ce soit dans l’accès à la santé, le parcours de soin ou la prévention. Pour cela, elle soutient des projets autour de deux domaines d'action :
- La médiation en santé au bénéfice des personnes en situation de vulnérabilité.
- La santé des professionnels de santé.
