FR/EN La Fondation ULB est une fondation d’utilité publique créée par arrêté royal. La mission de la Fondation ULB est de lever des fonds destinés à financer des projets scientifiques innovants qui sont dirigés par des chercheurs de premier plan de l’Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Les projets scientifiques soutenus par la Fondation ULB proviennent de toutes les disciplines scientifiques représentées au sein de l’université et ont été sélectionnés par le Conseil de la Recherche de l’ULB. La Fondation ULB-fondation d’utilité publique peut recevoir des dons qui sont déductibles dans le chef du donateur (à partir de 40€/an) et peut bénéficier de legs à taux réduits. The mission of the Fondation ULB is to financially supports innovative research projects at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and to help researchers at the forefront of their discipline to achieve significant scientific progress. The ULB has been awarded with many prizes and awards including: 4 Nobel Prizes (Physics, Physiology or Medicine, Chemistry), 1 Fields Medal, 2 Abel Prizes, 3 Wolf Prizes, 1 Balzan Prize, 2 Marie Curie Excellence Prize, 20 European Research Council Grants, 9 Human Frontier Science Program fellowships and grants. The Fondation ULB is under Belgian law the equivalent to a US public charity.
