The Dr Daniël De Coninck Fund, managed by the King Baudouin Foundation, invests in accessible, high-quality, humane primary care. It aims to improve the health and quality of life of everyone who needs care and support in the home situation and to support care and welfare professionals. The Fund provides an important stimulus for the development of future-oriented, integrated, strong primary care for everyone. It supports and develops both its own and third party initiatives, using a combination of methods: - Financial support - Research - Bringing/linking people together - Raising awareness among policymakers - Mobilising citizens The Dr. Daniël De Coninck Fund supports projects at the local, regional, national, European and international levels. The Fund encourages interdisciplinary collaboration in all the initiatives it supports.
