FONKBILTEK primarily relies on the manufacture of value-added functional components from low value raw materials using techniques based on physicochemical separation techniques or fermentation technologies and biotechnology, and on the valorization of agricultural and industrial by-products, and the utilization of these value-added products in foods and food supplement products, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, biocidal products, fertilizers, biostimulants, chemicals, and biomedical/pharmaceutical products. In this context, it will be possible to achieve new technological and biological attributes in industrial products as designed, advised or recommended by FONKBILTEK. In this context, activities such as the development of raw materials, the use of raw materials to produce high and very high value-added materials, the execution of process development and/or improvement studies for these processes, the execution of product development studies, and cooperation with other companies in these sectors will be carried out. Performance of needs analysis will be carried out in order to determine the specific needs of different companies and to produce “customized” components suitable for their own processes, to provide formulation development services to companies for the use of these components in product formulations, to conduct necessary trials are among major activities.
