Food and Body Program

The FAB (Food and Body) Program is a hybrid, holistic treatment program designed to help individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies. It offers a structured, five-stage journey—Launching, Discovery, Integrating, Sustaining, and Thriving—guided by a multidisciplinary team, including a psychologist, nutrition therapist, body image specialist, mealtime transformation coach, and holistic life practitioner. The program includes weekly individual sessions, body image-focused groups, mealtime mindfulness practices, family support groups, and more—all aimed at fostering lasting transformation and for a joyful and fulfilling life.
