FOOD PARK ANALYTICS is a startup consultant which offers specialized services to the management of wholesale foodmarkets and logistics parks worldwide. These services are directed towards improving the logistics, efficiency and turnover of existing markets and parks and on advising and designing new ones in accordance with the latest professional standards and Codes of Practice. FOOD PARK ANALYTICS has been created by Oscar Mira and Beatriz Zaragoza Diaz in 2018 and the consultancy is registered in Barcelona, Spain. Before both have worked on and advised clients on foodparks in Spain (Barcelona/mercabarna), Saudi Arabia (Jeddah), Russia (Kazan), Uruguay (Montevideo) and United Arab Emirates (Dubai). FOOD PARK ANALYTICS offers the following services: Business Assessment and Real Estate Analysis: FOOD PARK ANALYTICS analyses available data, highlights missing critical data, benchmarks an existing park against similar parks worldwide. Performs market research, executes feasibility studies to develop location strategies, creates demand forecasting models and suggests phasing of the physical expansion of a park over its life span. FOOD PARK ANALYTICS creates detailed financial models in order to determine profitability, rent levels, employment and vehicle volumes, capital needs and tenant improvement allowances. Masterplan Review: FOOD PARK ANALYTICS acts as specialist consultant to Clients during the development of a masterplan from initial concept through to project completion; would assist local masterplanners and architects in developing best practice design solutions for market trade buildings, logistics warehouses and other uses (offices, shops, food outlets, etc.) required to obtain a fully functioning wholesale market place. FOOD PARK ANALYTICS would advise on supply chain operators, sustainability solutions and develop innovative traffic flow models and digital and interactive signage and way finding systems.
