We are successful entrepreneurs and investors: Piotr Grabowski in tech, Michał Piosik in food & Michał Mądry in growth. Aware of the inefficiency and outdatedness of the technology used today, we teamed up to transform the food industry for the sake of people and our planet. foodtech.ac is Poland's first startup accelerator for food-oriented initiatives. Our portfolio consists of e.g. plant-based meat alternatives, vegan yogurts from beans, lupine-based cheese, vertical farming technologies or hemp-based packaging solutions. Our country is the land of great innovators, scientists, food producers and investors. Plenty of people are ready to invest money, time and effort in pursuit of the food of tomorrow. Therefore in 2019 we started building community that brings together their needs and fosters them. Seven batches of our acceleration program emerged 38 outstanding startups out of the 350+ applications. 14 of them raised €5,8M in funding rounds so far.
