Foothills Forest Products is a manufacturer of SPF dimensional lumber in Grande Cache, Alberta. We operate two saw lines and a planer on a two-shift basis with a present production capacity of 120 million board feet of quality dimensional softwood lumber products. Sawdust is consumed in our energy plant to produce heat for our dry kilns and mill buildings. The mill was established in the early 1980's. It was acquired by Foothills Forest Products in 2004 and has run since then without interruption. In early 2019, we were acquired by Dunkley Lumber and are now proud to be part of their highly respected organization.
