We are a real estate development company that create human spaces by design. What that means is we focus on the experience of our customers, as well as our tenants and our employees. We want our places to be interesting and enjoyable to customers, and that means creating a conducive environment for our tenants to do business and a great place to work for our employees. We operate primarily in Metro Manila, within Quezon City and Pasig City. Our current projects are located in mixed-use districts such as Tomas Morato, Kapitolyo, and Teacher's Village. We believe these districts allow for a more sustainable city. People live near where they work, but also options abound when they need to travel within or outside of the city. Our portfolio includes low-rise buildings, former residential buildings converted to commercial use, and land leases. We specialize in property management of commercial properties that owned by private investors. On the coming years, our goal is to venture into dormitories, apartment leasing, food halls, resorts, and the like.
