We operate primarily in Metro Manila, within Quezon City and Pasig City. Our current projects are located in mixed-use districts such as Tomas Morato, Kapitolyo, and Teacher's Village. We believe these districts allow for a more sustainable city. People live near where they work, but also options abound when they need to travel within or outside of the city. Our portfolio includes low-rise buildings, former residential buildings converted to commercial use, and land leases.
We specialize in property management of commercial properties that owned by private investors. On the coming years, our goal is to venture into dormitories, apartment leasing, food halls, resorts, and the like.
