Footsteps United

Footsteps united is a Canadian not-for-profit organization with the goal of removing barriers to equal participation and empowering current and future generations of Asian-Canadians through sports. We are committed to fostering inclusivity, building a strong Asian community, and encouraging joy/passion for sports. We promote sports such as soccer and basketball within Asian-Canadian communities by specifically targeting young players. We organize an annual soccer and basketball tournament for the Asian-Canadian community. We operate a mentorship network amongst Asian-Canadian athletes. We organize conferences and speaking events bringing together the Asian Canadian athletic community. We collect and donate sports gear and jerseys for youth teams in need. We produce media geared towards Asian-Canadian athletes. We operate a scholarship fund for Asian-Canadian athletes.
