Headquartered in Kelowna, BC, Forbidden Spirits was founded with a mission to turn apples into spirits and create a portfolio of ultra-premium award winning brands.
Forbidden Spirits launched its first ultra-premium, 100% apple based, hand crafted, gluten free, 25-times distilled REBEL Vodka and 50-times distilled Forbidden Spirits Vodka in 2019. In 2020, Forbidden developed a gluten free ultra-premium Eve’s Original Gin, made from 100% apples and infused with 10 local botanicals including juniper and lavender. In December of 2021 Forbidden released a barrel aged Adam’s Apple Brandy made form 1005 estate grown Spartan apples - a one-of-a-kind product. In 2021, Forbidden launched its first Wallace Hill Whisky a single malt barley whisky crafted from an old Isle of Orkney family recipe.
Forbidden is in the process of amalgamating with Spartan Acquisition Corp. a TSXv listed company trading under the ticker symbol VDKA.P
