We provide the following services: • Executive Leadership Development Coaching: One-on-one coaching to develop a leader’s soft skills. Coaching sessions may focus on communication, ability to influence, building relationships, setting goals, and gaining comfort presenting. Leadership coaching is based on the client’s needs and services are customizable. • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Coaching: Coaching Leaders so that they can strengthen their DE&I culture. Coaching sessions may focus on creating a DE&I strategy, deploying the strategy, developing awareness programs, and building Employee Resource Groups. DE&I coaching is based on the organization’s needs and services are customizable. • Sales Leadership: Helping organizations with their needs via fractional or interim sales leadership. Sales leadership may focus on developing a Sales strategy, executing the strategy, hiring talent, building commission structures, and implementing pipeline management systems. Fractional or interim sales leadership is customizable.
