Forefront Capital Partners, LLC (“Forefront”) provides debt and non-control structured equity to small and medium sized businesses seeking the flexibility and partnership not available from traditional capital providers. Forefront invests in all types of businesses, with a particular focus on founder-owned and closely-held enterprises. The firm invests across the capital structure (senior debt, mezzanine loans and equity) and in a range of industries and situations. In all investments, Forefront seeks to provide resources typically available to only much larger companies, including strategic advice, board and managerial development and best practices.
