Forest City Engineers is an Engineering consulting firm specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services. Our main area of expertise is the design of commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial buildings. The founder of the firm, David Hood, is a Professional Engineer with fifteen years of experience in consulting. He spent the first six years of his career in industrial consulting, designing large industrial plants for fortune 500 companies, while the last nine years of his career have been spent in MEP consulting, designing systems for buildings. He was the Engineering manager for Bialosky Cleveland, a prominent Architecture firm in the Cleveland area, for the six (6) years prior to founding Forest City Engineers. Forest City Engineers strives to provide the same level of coordination found in combined Architecture and Engineering firms to the separated firm space.
