Forest Park Capital is a private investment vehicle - a search fund - seeking to acquire and manage a small- to medium-sized business between $7.5M and $30M in enterprise value, allowing for a successful exit and stable succession for small business owners. The target business should have EBITDA >$1.5M, a stable revenue base from diverse customers, and provide the opportunity for organic or acquisition-based growth. The search fund concept has become increasingly well known among business schools and private investors. A search fund is an investment vehicle that allows aspiring entrepreneurs to search for, manage, and grow a company. It addresses a fragmented and inefficient part of the market, - deals too small for institutional investors and too large for most groups of angels. The search fund process consists of four stages: fundraising, search and acquisition, operation, and eventual sale or other event providing shareholder liquidity. The managing partner is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Harvard Business School and is excited to pursue the entrepreneurial path.
