FOREST-TRACT a réalisé son prototype, le SKID T4 XXL en 2015/2016. Ce débusqueur (SKIDDER) destiné à dégager les grumes ou bois énergie en forêt comporte des innovations majeures dans le domaine de l'exploitation forestière. Grâce à ces innovations, les débusqueurs de Forest-Tract accompagnent et répondent aux nouvelles contraintes d'exploitation forestière.
La qualité de ses accessoires (grue, treuil) et de sa transmission conçue par Forest-Tract et ses partenaires en font une des machines les plus performantes du marché mondial. En outre, le nouveau constructeur Français Forest-Tract met en oeuvre des technologies qui limitent les effets de tassement des sols, d'arrachements... ce qui répond parfaitement aux nouvelles règles qu'imposent une sylviculture raisonnée.
En fin 2018, la société Forest-Tract a concrétisé sa première vente. Son premier client partenaire convaincu des avantages liées aux nouvelles technologies proposées, constituera une vitrine vivante des performances de la machine. Une fois livrée (1er semestre 2019) et grâce aux liens de partenariat exclusifs tissés avec son client ; la machine Forest-Tract sera visible dans le cadre de démonstrations spécifiques en situation de travail réelle et/ou à l'occasion des prochains salons.
