Forest Community Land Trust

We’re a housing organisation with a difference. Forest CLT was founded by a group of Waltham Forest residents with a mission to create housing that is sustainable, truly affordable and has a strong community at its heart. We believe that together we have the power to tackle the housing crisis and create enriching places to live. Tree is our full membership where you can get involved in the project and become a candidate to live in one of our homes, subject to our Allocations Policy, while Leaf is for anyone who wants to support us but is not planning to move in.
