Forest Nurse aims to strengthen our relationship with nature by offering nature-immersive experiences. Rooted in forest therapy principles, inspired by ancestral wisdom, and guided by the nursing spirit of holding space for healing, these experiences foster reciprocity, community, and a deep relationship to the territories we inhabit. Forest Nurse was created to address the urgent need to restore our relationship with nature and self, which has been lost in today’s digitally saturated world. Forest Therapy (also known as forest bathing) is a practice that helps restore mental and physical health with a holistic, evidence based and nature informed approach.
