ForgeUp Ventures

ForgeUp is a venture studio and accelerator for AI/ML and deep-tech startups. Over 12-16 weeks, we power startups through structured sprint cycles including legal, patents, tech, marketing, sales, and fundraising. Each cohort ends with a high-impact Demo Day focused on securing seed investment. Selected teams receive $5K to $25K in initial funding and access to a curated network of service providers such as legal, payroll, HR, banking, marketing, and AI experts at preferential rates. We typically run three to four cohorts per year, each supporting four to eight startups. We align equity incentives so that success is shared, and provide ongoing support from mentors and partners long after Demo Day.
