A micro roastery in name and nature and nestled on the banks of the River Derwent in the North York Moors National Park.
We believe there should be more locally produced coffee. We believe it should be easier to find high quality beans and that there should be greater awareness of how incredible and artisnal coffee farming really is. When and why did coffee become so faceless? Our mission is to find interesting & delicious beans, be transparent about where they came from and educate on the whole lifecycle & process from cherry to bean to cup. We happen to make fantastic coffee too!
We roast, pack and distribute our beans within the optimum time frame for peak enjoyment. This means new coffees every month, aligned with the harvests. Supply is limited and once it's gone, it's gone (until the next year)!
