In our development and distribution of material handling equipment for trucks, Forklift Attachment AB will create a high level of customer satisfaction by focusing on customers' wishes, demand and expectations. We must reduce the environmental impact we have as far as is technically, economically and practically possible. Our goal is to always constantly improve our quality and environmental work by: • have a strong customer focus where two-way communication is a key to success • streamline our logistics of goods and products to reduce indirect emissions from transport • sort waste generated within the business for a high degree of recycling • encourage further development and skills development within the company and our suppliers • create participation among employees in quality and environmental work • ensure that we comply with relevant legislation to which the company is subject • inform contractors about Forklift's commitments regarding quality and the environment and what it means to be a supplier to the company • show openness and inform about the company's quality and environmental work.
