Since Fork Truck Directs founding, customer service & after sales support has been at the heart of our business. With over 25 mobile service engineers, a team of 8 service support staff and an independent parts department, we ensure that we have the capacity and requirements to maintain every piece of equipment that leaves our doors. Such a large capacity spread across the South East allows us to attend broken down vehicles in roughly 4-working hours on average and on the busier days, no more that 24 hours. This consistent commitment to support our equipment and customers is the primary reason our customers chose Fork Truck Direct.
