Forman & Field is the sister company of H. Forman & Son, the world-renowned family-run smoked salmon business that dates back to the 19th century. From our purpose-built premises in the East End of London we have diversified our range and supply bespoke gourmet quality dishes and delicacies to some of the world's finest restaurants, hotels and chefs. Whilst H. Forman & Son is a wholesale supplier, Forman & Field delivers delicious food to homes across the UK. As well as our own world famous smoked salmon, our chefs prepare the highest grade fish and meat dishes, party foods, desserts and more. We work with a range of British suppliers to supply specially selected British meats, poultry, charcuterie, cheese, patisserie, chocolate, and even English wine. Our luxury hampers are a fantastic way to say "thank you" or "congratulations", whilst a side of our smoked salmon makes for a truly unique gift.
