I've worked in digital technology for over half of my life 🤓 I don’t market candidates. I search for the perfect person for well qualified retained assignments 🔦 I spend time really getting to know people ⏰ I'm interested in not only what skills and experience people have, but also their aspirations, motivations and dreams 🌱 I don't believe in square pegs, or round holes 🕳 I’m a servant leader by nature - I work with humility and I LISTEN!👂 I value individuals and interactions over processes and tools 🗣 And I like to work with with some humour too.
