𝙇𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙀𝙭𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩 Hi, I'm Mat 👋 I've set up Format DTR to offer a better way of hiring for technology leadership roles. 🙌 A better way for the employer, for the candidate and for the recruiter - me! 😃 A way built on the strong communication and full transparency for all involved. 😇 Over 24 years of hiring in the digital technology space, I've led a lot of successful projects. 🎯 Recruitment is a complicated process, with numerous potential pitfalls and it involves the most complex of all variables - people! 👨🤵♀️ But, this doesn't mean that done properly recruitment should be an onerous process. 😫 It’s important to remember that recruitment is an art, not a science. 🎨 And not many masterpieces are created on a first attempt! 👨🎨 Recruitment doesn't have to be... ⛔️ Frustrating 😤 ⛔️ Expensive 💰 ⛔️ Time consuming 📆 ⛔️ Hit and miss 🎲 ✅ Let me show you another way... 👨🏫 I understand the industry. I've worked in digital technology for over half of my life 🤓 I don’t market candidates. I search for the perfect person for well qualified retained assignments 🔦 I spend time really getting to know people ⏰ I'm interested in not only what skills and experience people have, but also their aspirations, motivations and dreams 🌱 I don't believe in square pegs, or round holes 🕳 I’m a servant leader by nature - I work with humility and I LISTEN!👂 I value individuals and interactions over processes and tools 🗣 And I like to work with with some humour too.
