Founded in 2007 by Erica Allison, Formation PR + Brand is a public relations and branding agency guided by a simple mission: Listen. Create. Empower. Impact. Over the past 15 years, the agency has grown from one to a team of ten, managing crisis communications, public relations campaigns, brand strategy and development, communications planning and media buying. Our clients work primarily within the fields of healthcare, higher education, nonprofit and philanthropy, public health and regional development throughout the country. Based in Hendersonville, NC, Formation PR + Brand is a woman-owned and led business and is a Living Wage employer as certified by Just Economics of WNC. We are a member of the Public Relations Society of America; AdClub WNC, an affiliate chapter of the American Advertising Federation; Henderson County Partnership for Economic Development; and the Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce.
