Forme Development is a boutique real estate firm with offices in Vancouver and Los Angeles. The firm was founded by CEO, Damon Chan who brings an abundance of experience, passion and desire to design, create and craft vibrant landmark destinations. Most recently Damon held a successful, long-term tenure at Westbank Projects, a forward-thinking developer with over $16 Billion in projects completed or under development over the last 14 years. Forme Development is focused on mixed-use, high-rise multi-family residential, retail and office buildings along the west coast of North America. Their aim is to bring vibrancy and life to neighbourhoods anchored by thoughtfully designed, environmentally sensitive and community enhancing buildings.
