Urban in focus, Forme Planning provides clients with strategic planning advice, on a nationwide basis, at all stages of land acquisition and development, from site selection and due diligence through to preparing and obtaining resource consent. We also take a keen interest in acting on behalf of our clients during strategic policy analysis review and plan preparation processes. Our Services: Planning Due Diligence We regularly "front-end" our clients' projects - undertaking a comprehensive review of a site or a proposal at the preliminary stage to identify opportunities and potential pitfalls and to establish a well-informed consenting strategy. Resource Consenting Advice We offer town planning services to guide you through the resource consent process from concept to grant of consent. Policy Reviews We stay up to date on plan changes, district and regional plan reviews throughout New Zealand and can advise clients strategically on when to get involved, including preparing submissions, further submissions, evidence and hearing attendance. Project Management Part of being an urban planner is co-ordinating and facilitating teams of consultants to ensure the clients' projects are comprehensively and professional reported.
