The Formedil, National Organization for training in construction, was established in 1980 by the signatory associations of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the construction industry, Ance, Feneal Uil, Filca Cisl, Fillea Cgil, and representatives Anaepa Confartigianato, Cna Costruzioni, Claai, Casartigiani, Aniem, Agci, Confcooperative, Legacoop.
On 30/09/2021 the Formedil and the Cncpt, National Joint Commission for accident prevention, hygiene and the environment, are unified into a single entity that takes the name of: Formedil Ente Unico Formazione e Sicurezza.
Formedil is responsible for a network of 121 territorial institutions. The main activities of the body: TRAINING, ACTIVE WORK POLICIES:
- Organization and promotion of training activities for trainers and managers of the bilateral system;
- Promotion of job opportunities in the construction industry and activation of employment services
- Promotion and design of training activities at the national level; national agreements with specialized companies;
- Cooperation with technical schools, universities;
- Study and description of skills, delivery of the training booklet of transcribed skills and acquired skills.
- Participation in national and European projects for the development of new professional profiles.
- Participation in national and regional projects aimed at the job placement of young workers and workers with experience.
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
- The Asseveration is a voluntary choice of the construction company, promoted by Formedil with the support of Inail, regulated by Uni, which certifies the adoption and effective implementation of a model of organization and management of health and safety at work.
- The permanent Observatory visits in the yard has the purpose of detecting, through a sample collection, the results of inspections in the field of safety at work carried out by the technicians of the Formedil institutions in the yards of assisted construction companies.
