Formenergy

Formenergy is a network of consultants specializing in coaching and in designing ad hoc advanced training to support the growth of know-how in the company. Formenergy born a few years ago from an idea and experience of Nicoletta Lanza, Project Leader of the network, to cope with market training. It was evident that the acceleration of change due to globalization, the introduction of new communication systems and other variables for companies creating an unstable scenario, therefore it was decided to create a structure, Formenergy precisely suited to keep pace with the times and satisfy the needs of concrete that companies require. The main purpose was to create a flexible organizational model, in which the central project team was also able to innovate and propose ideas and services to support companies that expressed the will to grow.
