1- Training on demand. On-demand training responds to the specific needs of companies, with the aim of increasing the quality of training for the workers themselves, in order to improve their professional skills.
2- Accredited sectoral training, we respond to the training established in different sectoral agreements.
3- We develop tailor-made training plans, analyze the needs of companies according to their sector and adapt the training to their needs.
All our training can be subsidized by the Tripartite Foundation.
Bonus Training: is the subsidized training that allows companies to provide their workers with training related to the activity of the company or workplace.
This training is free for workers and entails a minimum cost or € 0 to the company, since it is deductible from social security contributions.
Companies have an annual credit to spend on training their staff.
