Sti. which was founded in 2001 as a daughter Company of Tüzün Çelik Boru A.S. - a corporation renowned as a high quality HF stainless steel tubes manufacturer since 1974. In addition to being in the business of radio control systems and force measuring devices also used on the marine sector, activities of maintenance and servicing of small size fiberglass recreational motorboats has lead the company to take the decision to establish a marine division. Uting Marine operating as a division of Uting Ltd. is importing, marketing and servicing FORMULA BOATS products as the official distributor for Turkey, Greece and other countries in close distance. The company is lead by Arif Can Tüzün who is the chairman of both companies Uting and Tüzün.
