FormulaShe is a social enterprise dedicated to accelerating equality on and off the racetrack. Our mission is to tackle the significant gender imbalance in motorsport by dismantling the barriers that prevent young women and girls from starting their careers. We've identified a stark reality where only 7% of drivers in key junior series are female, not due to a lack of talent, but a lack of access, visibility, and opportunity. Through our core initiatives, like fully-funded "Taster Sessions" run in partnership with professional karting tracks, we provide a safe, supportive, and inspiring first step into the world of motorsport. We are building a new, more inclusive pathway to the podium. Join us as we change the grid for the next generation.
