The Coalition is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt association of some 50 healthcare systems, hospitals, and professional organizations, represented by nearly 400 individual members, which is organized for the purpose of learning together how to build robust, sustainable programs in support of physician and APP well-being.
We promote personal and professional fulfillment for physicians and APPs by building healthy families and productive collegial relationships, encouraging teamwork and collaboration in the clinical and administrative setting, thereby enhancing hospital culture and improving the safety, quality, and humanity of patient care. We also embrace clinician wholeness, which we understand to encompass physical, mental, social, and spiritual health, which supports the embodiment of our work as a ministry of healing.
