Since 1982 Forster Electrical Engineering has offered complete engineering, economic, and planning services for our clients. Our team of electrical engineers, electrical designers, and CAD technicians has more than 200 years of combined experience in the utility industry. We serve large and small utilities, rural electric cooperatives, investor-owned utilities, and public utility districts. Forster is an employee-owned electrical engineering consulting firm located in Oregon, Wisconsin, less than twenty minutes from the heart of Madison.
