Patrick Glenn is a Skilled Operator with over a decade of director and management experience in logistics, eCommerce, software ops, and supply chain. Patrick attended the business school at Brigham Young University in Business Management. Since college, Patrick has had nearly a decade's worth of experience in business leadership roles. He was the first employee of a DTC brand that started in 2014 and during the next 7+ years as COO for that company he helped grow it to become the 5th fastest growing company in Utah in 2019 (MW Capital Network), and then to a successful full-ownership transaction of the company in 2020. Since then, Patrick has been involved in the startup of a few software companies aimed at solving many of the issues he experienced as an operator running an eCommerce company. In 2021 Patrick started Fortify Solutions LLC, an operations and logistics consulting company aimed at identifying immediate and long-term savings for your small to mid-size e Commerce Company. Offered services include shipping rate analysis and negotiation (domestic parcel outbound), warehouse workflow and process efficiency analysis, shopify optimization (navigation, product listing, 3rd party apps, etc.) supply Chain analysis (product sourcing, freight forwarding, supplies, etc.) vendor negotiation, WMS/ERP optimization analysis, and much more.
