Fortitude is a non-profit entity with a mission of nurturing and developing the next generation of industry leaders in the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC). At the heart of our organization lies an unwavering commitment to promoting these fields as attractive and rewarding career options while providing comprehensive programs that empowers individuals to advance and excel in their AEC careers Through our scholarships, coaching, mentoring and network introduction, we seeks to empower aspiring professionals, particularly college students, junior military officers, and junior-level professionals, to excel in their careers and emerge as influential leaders shaping the future of the AEC industries. Fortitude was founded in 2021 when 14 Global Executive with extensive experiences in architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate came together with the mission to develop the next generation of industry leaders through scholarships, coaching, mentoring, network introduction and advocacy efforts. Fortitude Founders have an average of 30+ years’ experience, have worked across 6 continents and have collectively delivered successful projects in more than 100 countries. By promoting equal access to resources and opportunities, we strive to foster a more inclusive society. Our ultimate aim is to pave the way for a brighter future for all, where everyone has the chance to thrive and contribute to the advancement of our communities.
