𝐀 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐄𝐫𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝! On Monday, June 23, we officially launched our new sportsbook platform in Poland – a massive leap forward, unlocking unprecedented possibilities in delivering a wider range of products, features, and offers. This platform is a true game-changer. And this is just the beginning! A rich feature roadmap and continuous updates lie ahead. The launch went impressively smooth, but make no mistake – getting to this point was a monumental effort. 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞FEG𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞. 💥 For me personally, this was the 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 2012, when we launched online betting in Poland as the first operator after the new gambling law came into effect. The scale, complexity, and tempo of this change? On another level. I'm proud to lead a small but incredibly high-performing polish sportsbook team that prepared for this launch over many months. - We went through two full test cycles – nearly 1,200 test cases in total, with my team directly (in PL) responsible for around 70% of them. That’s almost 3 weeks of deep testing while still managing our day-to-day duties. - Over 2 months, we ran dozens of training sessions on the new platform – which, make no mistake, is more of a command center than a simple tool. - Then came 3 intense weeks of configuration, optimization, and discovery – often working long hours, day after day. And all this while still operating on the previous platform too. 𝐀𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨’𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧. Now, one week into go-live, we’re still fine-tuning, collecting feedback, adjusting settings, and uncovering new features daily. This hands-on phase will continue for weeks – because 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞. A massive thank you to everyone involved in this project – and especially to my team, who stepped up to the challenge and continue to deliver.
