Ms. Chowdhury's academic journey commenced with her completion of SSC from Viqarunnisa Noon School & College in 1999, followed by HSC in 2001. Her pursuit of higher education led her to achieve Honors and Masters degrees in Social Science from Eden Mohila College in 2007. Subsequently, she honed her business acumen through professional programs at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Dhaka University. Her prior experience spans eight years in a prominent international NGO. Fortune 2020 Group's genesis in mid-2020 was marked by a steadfast commitment to catalyze socio-economic progress and combat unemployment in the post-COVID era. Assisting Ms. Chowdhury in steering this initiative is her husband, Mr. Mohammad Shahidul Islam, serving as the Managing Director. A seasoned HR Professional, Mr. Islam boasts an illustrious career, having held pivotal roles as the Head of HR in esteemed domestic and multinational organizations. Noteworthy among his affiliations are Akij Group, Abdul Monem Group, Jamuna Group, Bengal Group Limited, Omicon Group, Greenland Group, Flora Limited, and Darpan Group, alongside numerous other reputable firms. Presently, he also serves as a Part-time Consultant for several domestic and multinational entities. Mr. Islam's influence extends beyond corporate spheres, as evidenced by his presidency in various HR communities, including the Ministry of Social Welfare-approved organization, HR Professionals in Bangladesh (HRPB).
