A Youtube channel, FortuneCookie Diaries provides insights on wellness and self-development and shares the life lessons of Asian Americans from various backgrounds so you can kick some serious butt in life ^_^. As for me, I'm a former Stanford University wellness instructor. I'm also a Korean adoptee Jew. That's my life in just a few words. I created FortuneCookie Diaries because when I was growing up, I was crazy confused about my identity - as I thought I was white, for example - and the direction of where I wanted my life to go. After living in Australia, Hawaii, Japan, Korea, Puerto Rico and all over the U.S., the videos are based on my and others' successes, failures, hopes, and dreams. Be Well & FOLLOW ME ^_^
