Friends of State Parks, Mat-Su is a non-profit organization dedicated to the enhancement and protection of recreational resources in state parks in the Mat-Su Valley, Alaska. Our board works closely with our local state park staff and the Mat-Su Valley State Parks Citizens Advisory Board. State Parks within our service area include: Denali State Park, Independence Mine State Historical Park, Hatcher Pass East Management Area, Nancy Lake State Recreation Area, and Summit Lake State Recreation Area.
